Vertex Systems is pleased to announce an agreement to acquire 100% interest of Vertex Systems AS, the reseller of Vertex software in Norway. The agreement was signed at December 1st, 2018.<\/p>\n

Vertex Systems has been active in Norwegian market for almost 20 years. This acquisition enables us to provide even better support for our existing, long-term customers in Norwegian language. It also helps us to strengthen our customer relationships and to provide Norwegian customers professional design software solutions supporting the local construction requirements.<\/p>\n

We also see a big business growth in the Scandinavian market and therefore we are really excited to strengthen our presence in Norway.
\n“This acquisition will result in better support, earlier software releases and more online documentation for Norwegian and Scandinavian customers. It will also give customers easier access to the experienced team at Vertex Systems, to better adapt to local needs and requirements, regarding software development as well as workflow.” <\/em>Ole Overland says.<\/p>\n
